My goals are to be a light in this world, be the best Husband, Father, and Friend I can be, and, in every endeavor, strive for excellence, creativity, and tenacity.

My professional journey started as many kids do, by observing their parents. My father, Brad Pease, dedicated his entire career to being a Financial Advisor. In 3rd grade, my great grandma, recognizing my budding interest in the stock market, gifted me what seemed like a fortune. I think it was $400 to invest, which I used to purchase a few shares of Boeing and Quicksilver, marking the beginning of my engagement with the industry. The Quicksilver shares didn't survive my college years, but I still proudly hold the Boeing shares, a testament to Great Grandma's faith in me.

As a Financial Advisor, my curiosity is my driving force. This curiosity fuels my passion for delving deep into each client's financial situation and uncovering unique opportunities for them to consider.

Outside my professional life, I'm blessed with a beautiful family. My wife Ariel, our twins Ezra and Keira, and our youngest, Isaiah, are my greatest joys and sources of excruciating sleep fatigue. We love embarking on short weekend adventures to the coast and central Washington and spending quality time at our family's place in Canada. When I find some personal time, I indulge in my hobbies of woodworking, fishing, WWII book reading, and surfing.

Tashina joined Baird as a Client Assistant in 2018. She works to maintain daily operations while providing an exceptional client experience. Tashina is a Registered Representative, having earned the FINRA series 7 & 66 licenses.

Tashina graduated from the Portland State University School of Business with a B.S. in HR Management. She holds an extensive background in the commercial lending industry. She came from Columbia Bank as a Commercial Banking Specialist with a focus on specialty practice finance. Prior to Columbia Bank, she worked at U.S. Bank with their capital equipment and practice finance groups.

Outside of work, Tashina enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring. She also loves to enjoy the company of her close friends, family, and her two dogs.
